Litke is listed as a five-foot-eleven, 190-pound forward who hails from Winnipeg, Manitoba.

In talking with scouts more familiar with Litke’s game, fans can expect to see a “two-way forward who is strong in both the offensive and defensive zone.”

The other feedback shared about Aidan’s game is his “ability to protect the puck. He uses his size well to help maintain possession of the puck.”

In 2019-2020, Litke has spent time both with Rink Hockey Academy in the CSSHL and most recently, the OCN Blizzard in the MJHL.

With Rink Hockey Academy, he registered 17 goals and 14 assists in 20 games played. On December 1, 2019, he played his first MJHL game and made an immediate impact, contributing a goal and an assist. Through his first 13 games, he has eight goals and two assists.

As a 2003-born forward, he becomes the sixth 16-year-old forward signed by the Winterhawks. Gabe Klassen, Jack O’Brien, and James Stefan are currently on this year’s roster. Jonah Bevington and Dawson Pasternak are also signed to WHL contracts.

Litke will be among several Winterhawks prospects looking to join the roster in 2020-2021.
