Thompson wins first game with Golden Knights

In just his second NHL start (third appearance), Logan Thompson (Brandon 2014-18) picked up his first career NHL win in a 4-1 victory over the San Jose Sharks. The 24-year-old goalie from Calgary has played a majority of the 2021-22 season with the Golden Knights AHL affiliate in Henderson where he has played 24 games going 13-8-4 with a 2.67 GAA and .925 SV% with a pair of shutouts.
He played his entire 122 game DUB career with the Wheat Kings going 63-41-10 with a 3.26 GAA, .905 SV%, and 4 shutouts for the Manitoba club.

Trey Fix-Wolansky (Edmonton 2016-19) was reassigned to the Cleveland Monsters of the AHL. After being recalled on an emergency basis by the Blue Jackets, he played in five games collecting two points (1G-1A). This season with the Monsters he has 19 points (10G-9A) in 23 games.
The 22-year-old Fix-Wolansky played his entire three-year DUB career with his hometown Oil Kings where he skated in 206 games collecting 245 points (93G-152A).
Rask reassigned to Iowa

Victor Rask (Calgary 2011-13) cleared waivers and was reassigned to the Iowa Wild. The 28-year-old has played 29 games with the Wild so far this season and has picked up 13 points (5G-8A), he had joined the Wild during the 2018-19 season.
In two seasons with Calgary, the Leksand, Sweden product played 101 games where he averaged 1.04 points-per-game with 104 (47G-57A).
Addison recalled to Minnesota
Kaapo Kahkonen starts tonight for #mnwild. Calen Addison will play for Jordie Benn, Nick Bjugstad for Nico Sturm (1st healthy scratch this season).

Calen Addison (Lethbridge 2015-2020) was recalled by the NHL’s Minnesota Wild. Addison has spent time with both Minnesota and Iowa this year. In 23 games in Iowa, the Brandon, MB product has 17 points (3G-14A) and with Minnesota, he has now played 10 games collecting three points (2G-1A).
The defenseman played his entire DUB career with the Hurricanes where he skated in 252 games where he averaged 0.85 points per game with 215 points (41G-174A).
