Jackson Berezowski and Gage Goncalves were both held out Sunday against Spokane after both played on Saturday when the Silvertips took on the Kamloops Blazers. Our Jordan Bremner was at the game and said Berezowski took a hard fall into the boards and was slow to leave the ice. When asked post-game about the injury, Silvertips Head Coach Dennis Williams wouldn’t comment as he wanted to talk to Berezowski first. As for Goncalves, there’s no word what led to his absence or how long he may be out for. For Jordan’s full-post game report, you can go here.

Calgary Hitmen forward Carson Focht was a late scratch when the Hitmen battled the Portland Winterhawks on Sunday. Our Freddy Mayer spoke with Hitmen head coach Steve Hamilton post-game who would only say that Focht was dealing with an injury, but didn’t divulge what the injury is or how long he might be out for. Focht joins James Malm who has been out since leaving September 28th’s game against the Red Deer Rebels and Cael Zimmerman who hasn’t played a game yet this season are on the injury list. For Freddy’s post-game report you can head here.
