Cole Moberg (187GP, 29G, 60A with Prince George) has been signed to a professional try-out with the Rockford IceHogs (AHL). On November 19th Moberg was loaned to the Prince George Spruce Kings, but he did not play a game. Moberg was drafted in the seventh round of the 2019 NHL Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks but remains unsigned by the team. Rockford is the AHL affiliate of Chicago.

Matthew Stewart (’03) has signed with the Richmond Sockeyes for the balance of the 2020-21 season. Stewart is a 2018 WHL Draft selection of the Vancouver Giants in the seventh round. Last season with the Greater Vancouver Canadians U18 AAA team Stewart scored 10 goals and added 15 assists in 36 games.

Brett Huxley (’03) has signed with the Okotoks Oilers of the AJHL. Huxley is an 11th round draft pick from the 2018 WHL Draft by the Victoria Royals. Over the last three seasons, Huxley has played for the Calgary Northstars, including four games this season, where he registered two goals.

Derrick Pouliot (247GP, 42G, 163A with Portland ’09-’14) has been recalled by the Philadelphia Flyers to be on their taxi squad from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Pouliot won a Stanley Cup as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2015-16 and was a member of the Portland Winterhawks when the team won the 2012-13 WHL Championship.

This season Kozun has seen action in the ECHL with Kansas City (1GP, 0-0-1, 3.87GAA, .846 sv%) and in the SPHL with the Pensacola Ice Flyers (1GP, 0-0-1, 2.77GAA, .885 sv%).

Corbin Baldwin (248GP, 11G, 55A with Spokane ’08-’12) has signed with the Kansas City Mavericks of the ECHL. It will be his third stint in the league, having played with the Orlando Solar Bears and Idaho Steel previously. Last season with the Guildford Flames (EIHL) Baldwin scored two goals and added seven assists over 47 contests. He is also a former Central Hockey League champion with the Allen Americans.

Ashton Sautner (265GP, 24G, 93A with Edmonton ’11-’15) has been loaned by the Vancouver Canucks to the Manitoba Moose as part of their recent loan agreement. The agreement allows players from the Moose to only require a seven-day quarantine rather than a 14-day quarantine should they be recalled from their AHL affiliate in the Utica Comets.

Zach Boychuk (237GP, 110G, 161A with Lethbridge ’05-’09) has signed with the Eisbaren Berlin of the DEL. Last season in 15 games with HC Fribourg-Gotteron of the NL (Switzerland) Boychuk scored three times and assisted on 10 other goals. Boychuk has two gold medals at the IIHF World Junior Championships with Team Canada, two Spengler Cup Championships, and an NL Championship. Boychuk was the 14th overall selection at the 2008 NHL Draft by the Carolina Hurricanes. He is a veteran of 127 NHL games.
