Does a North America import come to the Black Wings Linz?

The Black Wings Linz is currently looking for a last import player for the upcoming Icehl season. Now insider Bernd Freimüller brings three North American cracks into play.

Patrick Khodorenko, Max Willman or Travis Barron could therefore be an issue in the steel city. All players with AHL experience and the potential to start in Europe.

The 26-year-old Patrick KHodorenko showed their skills at the Hartford Wolf Pack, but could not be recommended in the NHL permanently. Last season he played a strong season with Lukko Rauma in the Finnish league and scorten 34 points in 60 games.

Max Willman would be the most experienced option at the age of 30. He was already on the ice in 68 NHL games. Willman is versatile, is considered a hard worker with speed. Last season the US boy played in the Ahl for Utica Comets and collected 30 points in 69 games.

Travis Barron also spent the past few years in the AHL and played for the Tucson Roadrunners. There was no NHL use in his career, but he demonstrated his class at the Farm Team of the Utah Mammoths. Last season, the center collected 23 points in 67 games and was also an assiting captain.

Whether one of these names will be chasing in the coming season will probably be shown in the coming days.
