Facing a team that the Blackhawks had not beaten in 12 matches, since December 15, 2019, Philipp Kurashev concluded a break with a masterful wrist throw which left goalkeeper Filip Gustavsson no chance. Author of his third goal of the season, Philipp Kurashev obtained the first star.
This Sunday was, however, less rosy for Timo Meier. The Appenzellois, in fact, committed an unfortunate autogoal in the 17th which allowed San Jose to win 1-0 in Newark against the Devils.
