I was talking with @shazir.mucklai and @david_imperium_test about what makes a publishing workflow genuinely useful, and the answer was less complicated than I expected.
The best system is not the one with the most steps or the most impressive dashboard. It is the one that helps a good idea move from draft to publication without losing its voice along the way.
The technology should handle the handoffs while the people creating the story stay in control of what it says.
