Fix: Maxime Lagacé remains with the ICEHL!

Canadian goalkeeper Maxime Lagacé delivered a fantastic performance in his first season on the Mur and will also be part of the Moser Medical Graz99ers team in the upcoming season.

Lagacé moved to the Styrian capital in mid-July. As the season progressed, the left catcher found his way around better and better and led the 99ers from win to win.

Strong numbers throughout

The 33-year-old led Graz to 23 wins, had a catch rate of 92% and only allowed an average of 2.01 goals per encounter. In the playoffs he turned it up a notch again: 1.13 goals conceded on average and a save percentage of an outstanding 95.7%. But Lagace missed the end of the playoffs due to injury. After seven games he was forced to watch, Nicolas Wieser took over and completed the Graz masterpiece.

Also in the 99ers squad next season

The Styrians now have certainty. Maxime Lagacé will also be on the ice for the 99ers in 2026/27. The contract with the Canadian was extended by one year.
