The Vienna Capitals ended HC Falkensteiner Pustertal’s four-game winning streak and scored important points in the fight for the top 10. In front of 5,700 fans, Jeremy Gregoire gave the eighth-placed team a 2-0 lead with a brace in the first nine minutes. Although Pustertal was able to reduce the deficit thanks to Rok Ticar, who also scored twice, the Capitals remained unimpressed and moved ahead 3-1 in the 36th minute. In the final third, Pustertal equalized with a double strike, but Linden Vey ensured the Capitals’ home win in the 50th minute.
