Upheaval: ICEHL team presents new leadership team

The Hydro Fehérvár AV19 involves a comprehensive structural reorganization in the sporting and operational areas. The club has officially presented the new management structure and is relying on internal continuity and clearly separated areas of responsibility.

New roles in the sporting and operational areas

Former coach Dávid Kiss will take over the role of sports director in the future. In this role he is responsible for the club’s entire sporting direction. This includes the development of the sporting strategy, squad planning and close cooperation with the coaching team.

At the same time, Balika Bence will act as operational managing director. He takes responsibility for the organizational processes in everyday club life, coordinates internal processes and acts as an interface to the league and external partners.

Goal: Professionalization of the club structure

The club’s management emphasizes that the areas of responsibility should be separated more clearly in the future. While the sporting area will be more strategically oriented, the operational area will ensure that daily club operations are stable and efficient.

According to club management, this restructuring is part of a long-term plan to further advance the club’s professional development.

Continuity through internal solution

With Kiss Dávid and Balika Bence, the club relies on two internal specialists who have been closely connected to the club for years. Both are considered to be very familiar with the club culture and should actively help shape the next phase of development.
