The former Graz99ers attacker
Johan Porsberger
continues his career in Germany and joins the traditional club
SC Riessersee
to.
The 32-year-old Swede is moving from the Fife Flyers of the British EIHL to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and is signing for the 2026/27 season.
Porsberger brings a lot of international experience with him: The right winger (181 cm, 81 kg) was active in several top European leagues and played in Sweden, Austria (Graz99ers), Germany and Great Britain, among others. He made an impression particularly in the DEL2 with the Dresdner Eislöwen, where he was a consistent scorer for several years and was even able to celebrate the championship title in 2025.
In the 2025/26 season, the Swede played for the Fife Flyers before the next club followed. For the top division club, the commitment represents a real transfer coup: Porsberger should take on a central role in the attack with his experience and offensive quality.
