Transfer rumor: Is the KAC bringing back a homegrown player from the USA?

The Austrian goalie Patrick Müller could soon return home. According to a report in the “Kronen Zeitung”, the
EC-KAC
guide the goalkeeper talent back to Klagenfurt.

Strong performances abroad

The 20-year-old is currently between the posts for the South Shore Kings in the North American NCDC and is impressing with consistently strong performances there. In particular, his catch rate of over 92% and his stable presence in goal make him an interesting candidate for higher tasks.

KAC is closely monitoring developments

In Klagenfurt people are aware of the potential of their own crops. Müller has already gone through several youth positions at the KAC and was considered one of the country’s greatest goalkeeper talents early on.

Decision still open

It is currently unclear whether and when there will actually be a return. On the other hand, 1er goalkeeper Sebastian Dahm will probably extend his contract.
