Michael Raffl and
Thomas Raffl
have each extended their contracts for another season.
The Salzburg team continues to rely on experience and leadership quality in the squad. Both veterans should continue to play a key role in the coming season – both on the ice and in the dressing room.
Michael Raffl in particular was one of the “Bulls’” offensive top performers last season and impressed with consistently strong scoring values. As usual, his brother Thomas brought a lot of commitment, physicality and leadership to the game and was particularly indispensable in the defensive areas.
With the contract extension of the Raffl brothers, Salzburg is sending a clear signal: Despite the impending upheaval, the team will retain two leading wolves.
