Substantic Alpshl Defender changes to Italy!

After a season, defense lawyer Jimi Kurons leaves the EHC Bregenzerwald after a season and continues his career in Italy. The 30-year-old Finn will appear in the second Italian league for HC Fassa in the future.

Curons had made a name for itself as an offensive defender in the Alpshl. Before he ran for the “forests” last year, he was already on the ice for the Adler Kitzbühel. Overall, he brings it to 70 missions and 59 scorer points in the multinational Alps Hockey League – an impressive value for a defender.

Before his engagement in Austria, the Finn also gained plenty of experience in his homeland. Curons played numerous games in the second Finnish league (Mestis), and he was also under contract in the highest Norwegian league.
