A misleading social media post from the EC VSV caused trouble and numerous inquiries from hockey news. In the meantime, the club made it clear: Both test games are included in the subscription and free of charge for abobor.
At the EC VSV there was confusion about the upcoming preparatory games last night. In a first posting, the club gave the impression that subscribers had to pay entry for the two preseason home games-which caused resentment for many fans and also resulted in inquiries from hockey news.
Now the club has reacted and clarified the situation in an official broadcast: Both test games are of course included in the subscription and thus free of charge for abobor. Due to the renovation work in the Villach Stadthalle, however, not all places are available in the Preseason, which is why a special procedure is introduced.
From Monday, August 25th, subscribers can secure a freelance ticket for € 0.00 from 9:00 a.m. via Ticket.vsv.at. The award takes place according to the principle of first come, first serve. Subscribers have time to secure their card up to two hours before the start of the game. Available remaining tickets will then be sold at the box office for 15 euros.
As an additional point, the association emphasized that there should have been only one home test game. Negotiations have managed to get a second home game.
