EC Red Bull Salzburg clearly won 6-2 at Hydro Fehérvár AV19 and thus maintained third place in the table. Fehérvár still has to worry about the pre-playoffs: in tenth place they are only one point ahead of Budapest, and there is also a duel with their local rivals on the last match day. The Hungarians got off to a good start and took the lead in the eighth minute, but Salzburg reacted and pulled ahead to 3-1 by the 17th minute. After the first third, Fehérvár was behind 2:3. In the second period, the Red Bulls restored their two-goal lead in the 28th minute. It wasn’t until the 49th minute that they made the preliminary decision with a 5-2 lead, with Mario Huber marking the final score when he was outnumbered (56th minute). In the end, six different Salzburg goalscorers made the list.
