EC Red Bull Salzburg dominated the game over the entire distance. The guests from Vorarlberg were only able to put themselves on the offensive at times and were already behind 3-0 after the first period. Salzburg continued in this vein, scored four more goals in the second half and still had opportunities in the final period.
