Patrick Antal ended with the Vienna Capitals: “At the coach I was under the radar”

Patrick Antal stormed 220 games for the Vienna Capitals, now the 24-year-old Viennese in Romania stands on the ice for HSC CSíkszerta. After a turbulent last season at the caps and a summer full of decision -making, Antal wants to attack again in the ICEHL – this is what the “Kronen Zeitung” reports.

Antal is currently hunting goals in the Hungarian and Romanian league. The move to Csíkszerta came unexpectedly for many, but it was the right decision for the attacker. His year in Vienna, on the other hand, ended disappointing for him: “The preparation went well, I was in the power play, but from the league start I was under the coach under the radar,” Antal told the “Kronen Zeitung”. Despite solid services, he only received a limited ice age.

After the season there was even a possible commitment to Ligakon competitor, Fehérvár, which, however, smashed again. Antal would have had to accept Hungarian citizenship and give up its Austrian. Now the striker is hunting goals in the Hungarian and Romanian league and wants to recommend himself for higher tasks. His goal remains clear: Patrick Antal would like to attack in the Icehl again in the coming season.
