Olimpija Ljubljana had no problems with FTC-Telekom. The dragons from Laibach won 5-1 in front of their home crowd.
Fifth-placed Olimpija Ljubljana gave eleventh-placed FTC-Telekom no chance and celebrated an easy 5-1 home win. The Slovenians were already leading 3-0 after the first third, and two more goals followed in the second period. In the final third, the home team slowed down a bit, allowing Budapest to score a consolation goal. For Ljubljana it was their first win after two defeats in a row, while FTC suffered their sixth defeat in a row – the third against Olimpija. However, they are still only one point behind tenth-placed Villach.
