After the pick round, the eagerly awaited supra-regional quarter-final pairings have been determined. Division West winner EHC Lustenau picked ATSE Graz. The playoff duels starting with the quarter-finals through the semi-finals to the final will each be played in one Best-of-Three Series (H/A/H) decided. The teams that can record two wins first advance to the semi-finals. If there is a tie after regular time, a five-minute overtime will be played at three on three on the ice, as in the regular period.
