The two Austrian ice hockey legionnaires Benjamin Baumgartner and Dominic Zwerger were able to score a goal for their teams on yesterday’s matchday of the Swiss National League-with different consequences.
Baumgartner brought the SC Bern in the lead at the away game in Lugano with his goal to 0-1 and thus laid the foundation for the sovereign 0: 3 success of the Bernese. The evening was different for Dominic Zwerger: The striker of HC Ambri-Piotta scored at the guest appearance in Geneva for 2: 4. Despite its strong form-it was already his third goal in a row-Ambri had to accept a bitter 5: 4 defeat in the regular season.
With his hit series, Zwerger impressively played from the fourth line into the top formation of his team and underpinned his strong shape yesterday.
