In an impressive season premiere, the Minnesota Wild defeated the St. Louis Blues 5-0. Marco Rossi in particular delivered a strong performance and made a decisive contribution to the success.
Rossi scored the goal to make the final score 5-0 in the third period when he used a rebound in the slot – the assist came from Kaprizov. He also picked up an assist, giving him two scorer points that evening.

Filip Gustavsson started the new season with a 26-save shutout, while Ryan Hartman contributed two goals to the Wild’s clear opening win. The “home opener” against the Columbus Blue Jackets awaits this weekend.
