Langnau and Ambri take the advantage

The truth of the regular season is not always that of the playoffs. Invainu in four matches against Langnau in the initial phase of the championship, Kloten stumbled in the first leg of his Play-in series.

The airmen had however started ideally with a goal scored by Ramel in the first third (9th). But the Emmentalois overturned the game from the first return of the locker room. Berger (23rd) and Rohrbach (24th) marked in the space of 50 seconds to change the physiognomy of the match.

Kloten’s efforts to snatch the equalization were animated as a result of a penalty. Malone did not be asked to make the break in Power-Play (56th) and force the Zurich to win with at least two goals apart on Thursday.

Ambri also made the hierarchy lie by winning it 2-1 at home against Rapperswil. The LĂ©ventine formation had started the meeting ideally thanks to a bright opening of the scoring signed Pestoni (3rd).

The Ticino seemed in control in this duel, until Baragano temporarily comes to spoil the party at the opening of the final period (42nd).

The team led by Luca Cereda, however, did not give up and Heim managed to restore the BianCoblu one step ahead before the end of regulation time (55th). Ambri will go to Saint-Galleh land with a slight mental advantage to try to get a place in the quarter-finish of Play-Off against Lausanne HC.

The return matches of this first Tour of Play-in will be played this Thursday, March 6 (8 p.m.).
