In view of the progress of the win2day ICE Hockey League season so far and the increased public attention surrounding additional disciplinary decisions, this Department of Hockey Operations (DOHOPs) report is intended to explain the existing disciplinary process and its application.
The purpose of this video is to present the facts, procedures and burden of proof required to make disciplinary decisions in situations that are highly dependent on interpretation.
