ICEHL: The KAC narrowly defeated HC Pustertal in extra time!

The KAC celebrates its third victory in the ICEHL in a row with a narrow 3:2 overtime win over HC Pustertal.

The EC-KAC celebrated a hard-fought success against HC Falkensteiner Pustertal and thus stays in touch with the top 6 teams. The hosts from Klagenfurt got off to a better start: Nick Petersen, who had previously had a goal disallowed due to a narrow offside position, made it 1-0 in the 18th minute. In the middle third the KAC increased to 2-0, but this score only lasted for a short time. Only 22 seconds later, Pustertal managed to catch up. In the final period, the Wolves pushed for the equalizer and were successful in the person of Cole Bardreau just under five minutes before the siren. In extra time, Simeon Schwinger finally made the decision.
