After an extremely positive champions hockey league weekend, the HCB South Tyrol Alperia sharpens the blades for the European weekend in the Sparkasse Arena. Before that, however, one last test is on the program: Today at 8:00 p.m. the Foxes meet HC Merano in the Meranarena.
For Coach Kurt Kleinendorst another opportunity to refine the rows with regard to the official missions in the Chl and in the championship. In recent years, the duel against Merano in the Passerstadt has become an integral part of the Preseason of the two South Tyrolean teams: The white-red have always prevailed-in 2021 0: 1, 2022 with 2: 6, 2023 with 0: 3 and 2024 with 4: 8.
The team, trained by a great ex-Bozner, Christian Borgatello, is preparing for the upcoming Alps hockey league season and was also appointed Foxes Farm Team this year. Cooperation with the black and white brings the opportunity to fall back on some players over the course of the season, in addition to the agreement already made with Enrico Larcher.
