The pre-season of the 99ers is densely clocked and top-class with international top opponents. As part of the one -week training camp at the cooperation partner Adler Kitzbühel, there are test duels against well -known opponents: two encounters with Adler Mannheim, followed by Slovan Bratislava. Depending on the course of the tournament, the Cologne Haie or Malmö Redhawks could – depending on the tournament course – with Energie Steiermark Trophy. In addition, it goes away against Red Bull Munich (in Bad Tölz) and the Augsburg Panther. The end of the preparation is an exclusive home game against league competitor Olimpija Laibach on September 6-as a special thank you for all Graz99ers subscribers.

The personnel Jonas Gunnarsson has also been clarified: the goalkeeper’s contract, which originally had another season, was terminated prematurely on mutual agreement. The 33-year-old played 43 games for the Styrians in the past season, but is now being replaced by Maxim Lagace.
