ICEHL: Staff update at VSV!

Until the first international break of the season, EC iDM Heat Pumps VSV only has one game left on the program. There are now one or two personnel updates from the people of Draustadt.

Alex Wall was injured in the 1:6 defeat against the Moser Medical Graz99ers in mid-October. The Canadian suffered a broken rib, but a comeback for the 34-year-old veteran is already in sight. After the international break – Villach continues with a derby against KAC on November 14th – the defender is likely to be back in Tray Tuomie’s squad, reports the “Small newspaper“.

There is also news regarding goalkeeper Rene Swette: according to the “Crown newspaper“The VSV will have to be without the goalie for two to three weeks. The reason for this is a diagnosed strain. For him, the “international break” comes at just the right time.
