The EC-KAC won its third league game in a row on Sunday evening, in the home game against the in-form HC Pustertal it ended 3-2 again, this time after extra time. Assistant coach David Fischer was satisfied afterwards.
Post game commentary from Assistant Coach David Fischer:
“It was an entertaining game. A very lively performance by our team, in which everyone got involved. Fight, dedication, toughness, red faces, short lineup, missing players, young talent, new lines, different power play formations – everything was there. The crowd was energetically behind us, it was good to hear that again. A hard-earned home win. What a team looks like changes over the course of a season Subject to change, it is important to have a shared experience like tonight and to enjoy it. Strong performance from Sebastian Dahm, nice decision from Simeon Schwinger. We have two points left against a good Pustertal team, we are happy.”
