HC Falkensteiner Pustertal climbed back to second place with a 4-1 home win over Steinbach Black Wings Linz. The match winner was Henry Bowlby, who scored all four of Wolves’ goals. Two early goals in the first third put Pustertal in the lead. Linz fought bravely and shortly before the end Sean Collins reduced the score to 1:2, but Bowlby struck twice in the final seconds and completed his four-pack. Pustertal remains the first pursuer of leader Olimpija – with one game less.
