ICEHL: Preseason defeats for Fehervar and Laibach!

Hydro Fehérvár AV19 and Olimpija Ljubljana received Preseason defeats on Thursday. While the Hungarians had to admit clearly beaten at Mountfield HK, the Slovenes lost in Nitra through late conceding goals.

Hydro Fehérvár AV19 collected a clear 1: 6 defeat at Mountfield. The Hradec Kralove team already led 3-0 after two thirds. Csanad Erdely shortened early in the third section, but the Czechs pulled away again. For the Hungarians it was the second defeat in the second Preseason game.

Also loses Laibach

Olimpja Ljubljana also had to give up in the second preparatory game. The Slovenes lost 2: 4 in Zvolen. After a goalless first third, the ICE representative took the lead in the 22nd minute through Zach Boychuk. Ex-Pustertal player Josh Wesley managed to equalize in the middle section, in the third third the Slovaks even turned the game in their favor. Clayton Kirichenko (58th) still equalized, but the home side scored two goals in the last two minutes.
