With 25 goals and 28 assists from 53 appearances, Mathias From is not only the KAC top scorer, but also the best scorer of the current ICEHL season. This was almost crowned with a nomination for the Olympic Games.
The 28-year-old was not originally nominated, but was scheduled to be the first replacement and was therefore on call, as the “Kronen Zeitung” reports. Now NHL striker Jonas Rondbjerg is injured. But since some players in the defense were also injured, the Danish team decided to nominate a defender and Mathias From is staying in Klagenfurt.
