HCB South Tyrol Alperia initially had to go behind in the home game against Olimpija. The Slovenes went into the first break with a 2-0 lead through hits from Bericic and Pance. But in the second third, the hosts turned the game in their favor within five minutes: Schneider, McClure and Bradley provided 3: 2. McClure scored again at the beginning of the final section and made the preliminary decision early. Bolzano celebrated the sixth victory in a row, while Olimpija had to give first place after the second defeat.
