The Innsbrucker Haien recently confidently announced that they would like to attack with a powerful team next season. The first squad decisions are now leaking out.
As already reported today, long-term captain Jan Lattner’s time with the Innsbrucker Haien will come to an end. The Czech has been on the ice for the Haie for seven years and although naturalization is planned, he will no longer find a place with the Innsbruck team.

Another Defender with an Austrian passport will probably take its place. As the “Kronen Zeitung” reports, Michael Kernberger is said to have signed a two-year contract in Tyrol. Before that, he will probably support VSV, because he is supposed to play there until the end of the season.
There is also a persistent rumor that Brady Shaw is returning to Innsbruck. The Haie officials announced that there were discussions going on, but nothing had been decided yet.
