ICEHL: Ferencvaros celebrates the first Icehl victory via HC Innsbruck!

Ferencvaros Budapest celebrated a clear 6: 2 success over HC Innsbruck and thus secured the first victory in the ICEHL.

The FTC-Telekom Budapest celebrated the first win in its fourth game in the Win2day Ice Hockey League. The new league was able to record its first point against the Vienna Capitals last week, now it also worked with full success-and that in impressive manner. However, the opponent from Innsbruck had the better start on Sunday. In the twelfth minute, Troy Lajeunesse put the sharks in the lead with his ICE premier hit. Ferencváros’s answer was promptly followed by Alexander Ytterell. After a balanced first 20 minutes, the climber acted ice cold: a double pack from István Sofron in the meantime brought the Hungarians 4-1 in front. Budapest finally prevailed 6-2 and thus finds the connection to the middle of the table.
