ICEHL: Ferencvaros Budapest wins in Innsbruck!

HC Innsbruck suffered its third defeat in a row today in the home game against FTC Budapest. For the Hungarians, the 3-1 win was the third “threesome” from the last four games.

FTC-Telekom Budapest celebrated a 3-1 away win in Innsbruck and thus stays in touch with the top 6 teams. The team from Budapest had a much more efficient start. Despite the hosts having more chances, the Hungarians went into the first break with a 2-0 lead. Emmett Sproule briefly gave hope with his goal in the middle third, but this was promptly ended by Aku Kestila’s 3-1.
