Three tough games against absolute top opponents await the Pioneers Vorarlberg this week. The duel on our own ice with VSV began. And the Vorarlbergers won that, but had to accept failures again.
Against VSV, the Pioneers got their first win in two years, kept their narrow lead by joining forces and celebrated a 5:4 win and three points. But there was also a downer because two other players, Marlon Tschofen and Nathan Burke, were injured and were unable to finish the game on the ice.
Three players, Julian Metzler, Roni Allén and Julius Reini, were already out due to injuries, which further worsened the personnel situation.
