The Steinbach Black Wings Linz are celebrating two wins in a row for the first time this season. Thanks to a brilliant first third, the Upper Austrians won 7-1 against Hydro Fehervar AV19.
After a difficult start to the season, the Steinbach Black Wings Linz made an impressive comeback. After the overtime win against Graz at the start of the weekend, the Upper Austrians followed up against Hydro Fehérvár AV19 and celebrated a clear 7-1 win. The Linz team got off to a furious start and were already leading 5-0 after the first third. In the second period, Brian Lebler increased the score on the power play before Fehérvár scored for the first time. But Linz remained dominant and didn’t let anything go wrong. With the five points this weekend, head coach Philipp Lukas’ team doubled its previous points account.
