The Slovenian goalkeeper Zan Us will remain the backbone of Jesenice in the coming season. The 29-year-old, who can already look back on plenty of experience in the ICE Hockey League, has extended his contract with the Alpshl Club by another year.
In his career, US completed a total of 65 games in the Icehl for Olimpija Ljubljana before taking the step towards HDD Jesenice in the 2023/24 season. There he immediately established himself as a clear number one between the posts and convinced with consistently strong performance.
Us has recently been used regularly in the national team of Slovenia and recommended his appearances in the Alps Hockey League for international tasks.
With the extension, the keeper goes into his third season with the Nordslovenes.
