HCB boss Knoll motivates the team to a 9-1 derby victory with a WhatsApp message!

HCB Südtirol Alperia won the South Tyrolean derby against HC Pustertal with a historic 9-1 victory. This success was the result of a slightly different motivation from HCB President Dieter Knoll.

Knoll sent each player a personal WhatsApp message before the game to underline the immense importance of the derby. “We have two goals in the championship: to win the title and three games against Pustertal. For me it is important to be number 1 in Italy and South Tyrol,” said Knoll as “Sportnews” reports. He repeated this request again personally in the dressing room – with success!
