Yesterday there was a very successful match day in Switzerland from an Austrian perspective: two Austrians entered the scorer list several times. Fabio Hofer stood out with a hat trick.
EHC Biel celebrated a clear 5-1 home win yesterday over EHC Kloten with Bernd Wolf. Main protagonist: Fabio Hofer. The long-time national team player, who ended his team career in 2019, shone with three goals. The 34-year-old has had a really strong season so far, with six goals and ten assists after 17 games.
Yesterday evening was just as successful for Dominic Zwerger and HC Ambri Piotta. Geneve-Servette was put in its place with 5:2 and collected important points in the process. Dwarfs also collected these. The ÖEHV team player assisted on two goals and has eight goals and two assists after 18 games.
