Despite temporarily leading 2-0, second-placed Moser Medical Graz99ers had to fight for a home win against ninth-placed Hydro Fehérvár AV19 until the end. After a goalless opening third, Graz pulled away to 2-0 by the 30th minute, but Fehérvár equalized the game by the 47th minute. It wasn’t until the 55th minute that Michael Schiechl gave the 99ers the lead again. Captain Korbinian Holzer made the final decision with an empty netter one minute before the end. For Fehérvár it was the third defeat in a row, while Graz celebrated its seventh win from the last eight games and is still only two points behind leaders KAC.
