Farewell confirmed: Ex-ICEHL scorer about to move!

Now it’s fixed:
Taylor Vause
and the
EC Bad Nauheim
go their separate ways. After speculation about a possible departure for weeks, the club has now officially confirmed the departure of the experienced striker.

Many years of European experience

The 34-year-old Canadian can look back on an eventful career in Europe. Especially in today’s world
ICE Hockey League

(formerly EBEL) Vause made a name for himself.

His first stop was the
HC Bolzano
where he was immediately convincing. He then moved to the
Vienna Capitals
where he was one of the consistent top performers for several years. Especially in the 2018/19 season he showed his class with strong offensive values.

Three years in Bad Nauheim

Since 2021, Vause has been at EC Bad Nauheim
DEL2
under contract. There he developed into an important support in the team and brought in his international experience.

With his departure, the club not only loses a reliable scorer, but also a leader on and off the ice.

The future will probably continue to be in Germany

As previously reported, there are many indications that Vause will remain within the league. A change to the
Polar Bears Regensburg

is considered probable. In addition, the striker will play with a German passport in the future, which makes him even more interesting for many teams.
