Marco Rossi will not be on the ice for some Minnesota Wild games. The Austro crack has to take a break of several weeks.
Shortly after the start of the season, Rossi had to miss one game. At that time he was suffering from the consequences of a blocked shot against the Philadelphia Flyers. In the end, “more” may have happened in this incident, because after further examinations, an unspecified “lower body injury” was discovered. Rossi will be missing from the Americans for several weeks.

Things haven’t been going quite as well for the Austro crack in terms of points recently as they did at the start of the season. In the last five games, the center forward only scored one goal, but otherwise came away empty-handed. After 17 appearances, the 24-year-old from Vorarlberg has 13 scorer points. Minnesota will face the Anaheim Ducks, one of the surprise teams of the season so far, on the night from Saturday to Sunday.
