After the injury he suffered in preparation, David Reinbacher is now fully back and scored his first goal of the season in the AHL last night.
In the ninth game of the season, David Reinbacher scored his first goal of the season. The 21-year-old Hohenems native met the Belleville Senators with his Laval Rockets in the American Hockey League last night.
The Rockets made up for the early deficit in the first third, with Reinbacher providing the assist. In the middle third, the defender turned the game around with his first goal of the season. Ultimately, Laval celebrated a deserved 4-3 overtime win and is now at the top of the North Division table.

Reinbacher finished the game with three shots on goal, a +1 and was the second star of the game. The Austrian after the game: “I’m very proud to have achieved this victory with the boys. It’s so much fun to play with the team and to see them all laughing after a success.”
The Back2Back game will be against Belleville again this evening at 9 p.m.
