The longstanding Icehl-Crack Mitch election has found a new employer. The 35-year-old US striker is back in North America in Germany after six years.
Wahl had his first engagement in Austria at Red Bull Salzburg in 2013, but it only lasted two months. After stations in Sweden and Finland, he returned to Ebel in 2017 and played for the Innsbruck Haie, where he was one of the best scorers with 59 points.
He then moved to the EC KAC, with which he won the championship title in 2019. Then his career led him over Slovakia to Germany, where he ran for five teams.
Most recently, he was under contract with two seasons at the Dresden Eislöwen in the DEL2. There he won the championship title in the past season and helped with eleven scorer points when I climbed into the DEL.
Now he leaves Dresden and joins the Idaho Steelheads in the North American Echl.
