The Justice Commission of the Alps Hockey League has imposed fines on KHL Sisak and HC Migross Asiago. All incidents occurred during the face-to-face encounter on March 3 in Sisak. Both head coaches were punished for insults and threats towards the opposing head coach. Josh Siembida, Sisak’s head coach, was fined €2,000. His counterpart John Parco from Asiago received a fine of 500 euros. In addition, KHL Sisak was fined 1,000 euros after verbal abuse towards the referees during the game. Half of the respective fines must be paid immediately, the other half will be suspended.
The Justice Commission of the Alps Hockey League has imposed the following sanctions against KHL Sisak:
1. Fine for insulting the match officials
A fine of 1,000 euros was imposed on KHL Sisak for verbal abuse of the match officials during the AlpsHL game No. 274 KHL Sisak vs. HC Migross Asiago on March 3, 2026.
500 euros of the fine must be paid immediately, while 500 euros will be suspended and placed on probation. If a similar breach occurs within the next 24 months, the suspended amount will be due in addition to any new sanctions.
2. Fined for the behavior of head coach Josh Siembida
KHL Sisak head coach Josh Siembida will be fined 2,000 euros for his behavior after the final siren.
The fine is made up of two separate violations:
a) Insulting and threatening the opposing coach (Catalog of Penalties – Ref. No. 39)
After the final siren, Josh Siembida left his team bench and insulted and threatened the opposing coach.
For this violation, the Justice Commission of the Alps Hockey League imposes a fine of 1,000 euros, of which 500 euros must be paid immediately and 500 euros will be suspended and placed on probation. If a similar breach occurs within the next 24 months, the suspended amount will be due in addition to any new sanctions.
b) League-damaging behavior (penalty list – Ref. No. 2)
Additionally, Josh Siembida exhibited league-destructive behavior by going to the opposing team’s dugout after the game instead of helping to de-escalate the situation.

If a similar breach occurs within the next 24 months, the suspended amount will be due in addition to any new sanctions.
The Justice Commission of the Alps Hockey League has imposed the following sanctions against HC Migross Asiago:
The head coach of HC Migross Asiago, John Parco, has been fined 500 euros for his behavior after the final siren. Insulting and threatening the opposing coach (Catalog of Penalties – Ref. No. 39).
After the final siren, John Parco, while remaining on the team bench and restrained by security personnel, insulted and threatened the opposing coach.
For this violation, the Justice Commission of the Alps Hockey League imposes a fine of 500 euros, of which 250 euros must be paid immediately and 250 euros are suspended and placed on probation. If a similar breach occurs within the next 24 months, the suspended amount will be due in addition to any new sanctions.
