The future of ÖEHV talent Jakob Brandner is uncertain: The 24-year-old right catcher, who still has a current contract with HC Innsbruck in the win2day ICE Hockey League, no longer seems to be an issue for the coming season – that’s what “LAOLA” reports.
In total, Brandner has made 25 appearances for the Haie so far. This season he played 10 games in which he achieved a catch rate of just 86% – a value that apparently fell well short of the expectations of those in charge. He also has almost 50 appearances in the Alps Hockey League, where he has already been able to demonstrate his talent.
What will happen next with the ÖEHV talent is currently still unclear. He could be an interesting option for other ICEHL clubs.
