The lively traveling through Europe continues for the Italian-Canadian Dante Hannoun. The striker was now hired on the island.
Between 2021 and 2024, the now 27-year-old played 135 ICEHL games and was able to collect exactly 97 points. He then moved to Slovakia, where he impressed with 35 points in 48 games at Spisska Nova Nes.
But he started the current season again with a new employer. He stayed in Slovakia but joined HC Presov, but the commitment ended after just nine games. Hannoun then tried his hand in Denmark, where he scored seven points in nine games for the Bulldogs from Odense. But the management decided against extending the contract.
Ready for the island
Now Hannoun is about to make his debut in the British EIHL. There he joins Manchester Storm. The English are extremely happy with the commitment. “Being able to sign a player with Dante’s experience at this stage of the season underscores our continued drive for improvement across the franchise,” head coach Cam Critchlow said on the official website.
