Chl: KAC fights three points against Odense!

The EC-KAC celebrated the second victory in the current Champions Hockey League season. The red jackets prevailed 6: 3 at the Danish champion Odense Bulldogs on Saturday.

Two days after the defeat in Brynäs in Sweden, the KAC returned to the CHL success lane. Although the hosts from Odense initially had more of the game, the first third ended goalless. After the restart, newcomer Mario Kempe and Maximilian Preiml met within a few minutes to the 2-0 lead. The Danes wrote down, but Kempe restored the two-goal lead. In the final section it got heated, with the playing time disciplinary penalty on both sides. After the hosts got back, Luka Gomboc scored to 4: 2. In the final phase, Nick Petersen and David Waschnig each recorded an Empty-Net goal, the red jackets won 6: 3.
